Rental Policies
1. Terms and Conditions
"PRO RENTAL CAR GROUP" rents out private cars in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which the "tenant" fully accepts.
2. Age of the driver
The age of the person renting the car must be at least 21 years old. The tenant must not have registered gross traffic violations. If records of such are found, then the car rental agreement or reservation will be canceled.
3. Driver's license
The "landlord" declares that he/she has a legitimate driver's license. No copies or e-mails are ever accepted. The original must be submitted and must be in the name of the driver. The renter's driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period.We accept driving licenses from any country!
4. Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). The minimum rental period for the weekend is 2 days.
5. Rent
Payment for the entire rental period is made in advance or on the first day of the rental.The daily rent is the amount indicated on the first page of the contract, and it will be paid when signing the contract. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and cash
6. Lease extension
If the tenant wishes to extend the rental period of the car, he must inform PRO CAR RENTAL GROUP by phone at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period.
7. Gasoline
It must be returned with the same level as received, or a full tank can be purchased in advance (prepayment).
If you buy fuel, do not refuel. There is no refund for unused fuel.
8. Fines
By renting a car, the customer and the driver are responsible for any violations. Traffic rules and are required to pay for any violations during the rental period.
9. The second driver
Yes, it is possible to add a second driver in the contract. In this case, the same rules will apply to both drivers. The second driver must also be at least 21 years old and have a driver's license.
10. Delivery
We recommend ordering a car 1 – 1.5 hours before the desired delivery time.
11. Territorial restrictions
You cannot travel outside the borders of Armenia.
12. Return of the car ahead of time
Payment for the entire rental period is made in advance or on the first day of the rental. If the car is returned before the end of the rental period, we “freeze” the remaining days and reserve the right for you to use them at another time convenient for you.
13. Use of the vehicle
The use of a rented car for any illegal purposes, races, competitions is not allowed.
It is forbidden to tow or push other vehicles. Transporting more passengers than can fit in a car is a violation of the law. It is forbidden to use the vehicle if it is damaged. The driver should not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medications that affect the ability to drive a car.
The lessee is obliged to pay for any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by insurance.
The tenant is also fully responsible for damage caused by negligence, such as off-road driving or careless driving. Exceed the set speed limits.
Transfer driving to persons who do not have a driver's license.
To carry things in a rented car, to transport passengers for a monetary reward.
Teach someone to drive using a rented car.
Travel over rough terrain that does not have a road surface.
